Job description

The Executive Assistant will be a highly organised professional who empowers our senior leadership, a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. Experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to senior leaders. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on executive assistants to be flexible and consistent while maintaining the highest degrees of confidentiality.

Responsibilities
  • Provide the C‑suite executives with administrative support on an as‑needed basis, and ensure the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations
  • Manage travel bookings, logistics and activities, including accommodation, transportation, and meals
  • Proactively manage the diaries of senior executives, coordinating and confirming internal and external meetings or re‑scheduling where necessary
  • Attend meetings, take minutes and provide follow‑up to ensure actions are completed as required
  • Support expense filing and policy compliance for senior executives
  • Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
  • Manage and plan events, both internal and off‑site
  • Support the implementation of new pricing approaches – monitoring performance and ensuring pricing governance
Qualifications
  • Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time‑management skills and an ability to organise and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information related to the company and its employees
