Key Responsibilities
  • Provide the C-suite executives with administrative support on an as-needed basis, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations
  • Manage travel bookings, logistics and activities, including accommodation, transportation, and meals
  • Proactively manage the diaries of senior executives, coordinating and confirming internal and external meetings or re-scheduling where necessary
  • Attend meetings, take minutes and provide follow-up to ensure actions are completed as required
  • Support expense filing and policy compliance for senior executives
  • Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
  • Manage and plan events, both internal and off-site
  • Support the implementation of new pricing approaches – monitoring performance and ensuring pricing governance.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
  • Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organise and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information related to the company and its employees
