A Public Sector Organisation in Grimsby is seeking an Executive Support Assistant to support senior leaders in managing their time and confidential tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, experience in a similar role, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. We have an exciting opportunity to join our People & Culture team as an Executive Support Assistant. As part of our wider Leadership Support Service, you’ll play a vital role in helping our Assistant Directors make the most of their time so they can focus on what matters most for North East Lincolnshire.
This role is at the heart of our commitment to valuing people, honesty, continuous improvement, openness, and integrity. You’ll be empowered to work closely with senior leaders, providing confidential and comprehensive administrative support that keeps everything running smoothly.
You’ll be part of a supportive team, working at the heart of North East Lincolnshire Council’s leadership. We offer a detailed induction, ongoing training, and opportunities to develop your skills. Some out‑of‑hours work may be required for evening meetings, but you’ll be empowered to manage your own time and priorities.

This is a full‑time, blended position which is a mix of home and office working.
