Office-Based / Hybrid Role – Depending on the needs of the CEO

A leading global company based in Chiswick, West London, is looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO on a 2 year fixed term contract. This is a fast-paced, varied role requiring a confident and experienced EA who can manage complex diaries, coordinate travel, prepare key documentation, and ensure seamless communication across senior stakeholders. You\'ll provide high-level administrative support, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Organise and manage complex calendars, ensuring optimal time allocation for meetings and commitments.
  • Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements while considering budget and preferences to enhance travel experiences.
  • Prepare and organise documentation that communicates important information effectively.
  • Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders to align on project objectives and responsibilities.
  • Manage stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth collaboration and information sharing.
