Job summary

CoreWeave Europe is seeking an experienced executive assistant to support the VP for EMEA, ensuring efficient operations and that top priorities are advanced across time zones. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and expenses, and support meetings, offsites, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience providing executive support to VP-level or above.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Google Calendar, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience coordinating travel logistics and processing expense reports.
  • Experience with event planning and meeting coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve or streamline processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across time zones.
  • Strong written communication skills, including drafting and editing documents.
  • Ability to independently execute tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

CoreWeave is building the next-generation public cloud for accelerated workloads, and our team is growing rapidly. As part of the Administrative & Operations function, you will support executives who are driving high-impact, cross-company initiatives. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support for the VP for EMEA, ensuring they can operate efficiently and stay focused on top priorities. Who You Are:
  • 3+ years of experience providing executive support to VP-level or above
  • Proven project management experience
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Google Calendar, Slack, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience coordinating travel logistics and processing expense reports
  • Experience with event planning and meeting coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to improve or streamline processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across time zones

The base salary range for this role is £68,000 to £90,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
