About the Group Customer and Culture Director team

The Group Customer and Culture Director team will enable our business leaders to build a better understanding of changing customer needs and support the development of market-leading products and propositions. This structure works hand in hand with the How We Lead programme, setting out the cultural reset across the bank. Responsibilities
  • Organise complex schedules through the maintenance of diaries.
  • Arrange travel (flights, train, cars, hotels, etc) and detailed itineraries for business trips in line with HSBC policies.
  • Build a network and develop relationships with HSBC support functions to ensure the department receives excellent service.
  • Manage queries and engagement maters that come from internal and external stakeholders at Senior level.
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials (e.g. presentations, agendas, minutes).
  • Ensure co-ordination and preparation of agendas, through the creation of decks.
  • Support activities, events, resources, meetings, services.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience of working in an EA role supporting senior management is an essential to be considered.
  • Highly organised with ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem solving skills with “Can do” mentality.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with executive management, whilst part of a team.
  • An open, flexible and proactive approach to change and innovation.
  • Demonstrates initiative and anticipates requirements, self-motivated, forward thinking and rapid learning capability.

This role is based in London, Hybrid.
