A leading multinational FMCG, home to some of the worlds most renowned brands, are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CIO plus two direct reports.

This busy, fast-paced position is an ideal opportunity for a talented Executive Assistant to act as a true right-hand support. You’ll bring extensive experience within a plc environment, along with outstanding planning and organisational skills to manage complex diaries and logistics while supporting firmwide projects and initiatives.

A fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Executive Assistant looking to build a strong trust-based partnership with their Executives. You’ll work proactively to anticipate needs, act as a sounding board and keep things moving behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted first point of contact and gatekeeper for two busy and demanding Executives.
  • Provide full executive support, including complex diary, travel and meeting management.
  • Expenses and invoice management.
  • Prepare and manage reports, presentations, correspondence and filing systems.
  • Coordinate and produce correspondence, documents, briefs and presentations.
  • Provide Project Management support.
  • Event coordination for UK and International conferences.
  • Proactively streamline processes, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to promote positive change.
Candidate Profile
  • At least 5 years’ experience as an EA within a UK plc.
  • Advanced IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Diplomatic and confident in dealing with senior stakeholders, with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable with the initiative to recommend enhancements that support the team and business.
  • Positive, proactive and collaborative, with a solutions-focused mindset.
