Job description
Executive Assistant – Global Executive Search (Hybrid, London)
£42,000 + Strong Bonus Potential | High-Impact, High-Visibility Role

A leading global executive search firm is seeking a driven, relationship‑led Executive Assistant to support Partners operating at Board, CEO and C‑suite level. This is a varied, strategic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves being at the centre of complex search work, and wants to contribute far beyond classic EA duties.

The Role

You will have full ownership of Partner diary and inbox management, ensuring seamless scheduling across high volumes of meetings, interviews and client interactions. You’ll play a key role in search execution—liaising confidently with senior stakeholders, maintaining process and pace, tracking data, preparing documents, and ensuring a flawless candidate and client experience.

You will also support marketing, events and business development, including CRM management, campaign coordination and end‑to‑end delivery of high‑touch events and thought‑leadership initiatives.

What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in executive search or recruitment operations, ideally supporting senior‑level mandates
  • Exceptional organisational skills with comfort managing heavy email flow and complex diaries
  • Strong written communication, proofing and documentation skills
  • Confidence partnering with senior clients and candidates; able to build rapport quickly
  • Experience with CRM systems (FileFinder or similar) and Microsoft Office suite
  • Proactive, thoughtful approach—able to anticipate needs, challenge constructively and take ownership
  • Strong process discipline and facilitation skills to keep searches running smoothly
  • Event and marketing campaign experience
Culture

You will join a collaborative, non‑hierarchical team where excellence, professionalism and empathy are core values. The firm encourages initiative, values contribution beyond role boundaries, and offers meaningful development, longevity and impact.

If you’re an exceptional EA ready for a broad, dynamic role with real influence, we’d love to hear from you.
