Job description

A leading strategic advisory firm based in central London is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to join the business on a 3-month fixed term contract. This pivotal role will provide comprehensive support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Title: Executive Assistant – Fixed Term Contract (3 Months)
Location: London (Office-based, 5 days a week)
Contract Type: Fixed Term (3 Months)
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 pro rata
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive diary management for the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Complex travel arrangements, including booking international flights, accommodation, ground transport and detailed itineraries.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening communications and handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Preparing briefing materials, agendas, and documents for meetings and presentations.
  • Supporting internal and external stakeholder engagement with excellent communication and follow-up.
  • Coordinating team events, offsites and leadership meetings as required.
  • Managing confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
  • General administrative duties including expense processing, filing and document management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior executives, ideally within professional services or a similar high-performance environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in diary and travel management with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities calmly and efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly professional, proactive, and reliable with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable working fully on-site in a central London office, Monday to Friday.
