Executive Associate to the Chief Executive Officer

Location: Remote (UK-based) with occasional meetings in London

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Associate to provide direct support to the Chief Executive Officer of a private equity-backed international healthcare company. This role offers the opportunity to operate at board level and work at the centre of a high-performing, fast-paced environment where autonomy, discretion, and adaptability are essential.

The position is remote-first, with occasional in-person meetings in London. It will suit someone proactive, resourceful, and experienced at supporting senior leaders, who can balance strategic input with hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to the CEO across both professional and administrative matters
  • Manage scheduling, diary, and international travel arrangements with precision
  • Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for board and investor meetings
  • Coordinate board materials and ensure the CEO is fully prepared for leadership engagements
  • Conduct research and analysis in French and English to support strategic initiatives
  • Track actions and deliverables, ensuring timely completion
  • Represent the CEO in selected communications with stakeholders, always demonstrating professionalism and discretion
  • Maintain flexibility to adjust to the CEO’s schedule, including occasional availability outside standard working hours

Candidate Profile

  • Ideally degree-educated, though strong relevant experience will also be considered
  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written) — essential requirement
  • Experienced in supporting at senior or board level within complex, international environments
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt quickly
  • Highly trustworthy, discreet, and confident handling sensitive information
  • Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working independently in a remote-first setting, with the flexibility to travel to London when required
