The Role

This position is split evenly between Executive Assistant and Events coordination responsibilities. Day to day will include:

  • Providing seamless support to senior leaders and the wider team
  • Managing complex diaries, travel, and meeting coordination across Europe
  • Leading the planning and delivery of 10–12 annual events in London and Europe
  • Overseeing event logistics, timelines, and guest coordination from start to finish
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues in London and the US to ensure smooth execution

The ideal candidate will be a strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings excellent communication skills, and takes ownership of their work. Previous experience in events coordination or executive support will be valuable, but attitude and initiative are key.
