We’re now looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, someone who can combine five-star client service with operational excellence, supporting our Managing Director and senior leadership team while creating an outstanding workplace experience.
This is a visible, trusted role at the heart of the business. You’ll work closely with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders, acting as a central hub for communication, coordination, and delivery.
You’ll be the go-to person for our Managing Director and wider leadership team — anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring projects and client relationships run smoothly. You’ll handle everything from high-level diary management and meeting prep to producing insightful reports and ensuring the Auro office reflects our brand: smart, professional, and full of energy.
