A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and organisational support to a senior management team within a fantastic NI success story. Working closely multiple directors, this role is integral to ensuring that executive priorities are delivered efficiently and that leadership activity across the business runs seamlessly.

This is a varied, fast-paced position where no two days are the same – ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in delivering work to a consistently high standard.

The role:
  • Provide professional and confidential support to the senior leadership team, including diary and inbox management, scheduling and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and circulate reports, presentations and meeting materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics and event planning for the leadership team.
  • Support preparation for board and stakeholder meetings, ensuring all materials are organised and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain robust systems for document management and filing.
  • Manage internal and external correspondence, prioritising matters that require executive attention.
  • Assist in preparing business reports, performance updates and data insights.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate executive projects and communication.
