Executive Assistant

My client is a well-established organisation who design and manufacture high integrity fabrications and subassemblies. They are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team based in Kilrea.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position.

Working hours: Mon - Thurs 8am - 5pm Fri 8am-2pm (flexi-time available)

Salary negotiable (dependent on experience).

Job Role

You will be responsible for supporting the CEO and Directors of the business, which will include providing comprehensive administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist in various projects.

Essential Criteria
  • 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • IT proficient with the use of IT packages to include the use of Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload while adhering to strict deadlines working in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Meticulous and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Desirable Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred but not essential.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Company Directors.
  • Manage and maintain schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of CEO & directors, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and employees.
  • Minute weekly meetings and follow up on actions required.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the efficient operation of the company.
  • Any other duties that the role may involve.
