Chatham Financial Europe’s London team is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide in‑person support to the Managing Partner in Europe and several senior leaders across Engagement and Solutions. In this role, you will help coordinate travel, manage calendars and support projects at an executive level. We are seeking a personable, well‑organised individual with a can‑do attitude with the ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.

This role will be based in our London office, in Broadwick Street.

In this role you will:

  • Proactively manage and prioritize the constant, ever‑changing calendars of the European leadership team
  • Prioritize sensitive matters while keeping other responsibilities at the forefront
  • Coordinate travel, transportation, and accommodations with the help of the travel team
  • Manage expense reports for the senior leaders ensuring timely submission
  • Liaise across team and company to provide logistical and operational support as needed
  • Partner with the local HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition to support diary coordination for sensitive HR matters or senior recruitment initiatives where leader attendance is required
  • Work with the Office Manager to assist with the coordination of internal and external events and conferences
  • Help organize client meetings and events and prepare materials for meetings as needed
  • Provide in‑person support to other areas of the business with their deliverables (Legal and compliance, Internal Finance, Marketing, etc.) to help them effectively roll out initiatives cross‑geography, as needed.

Contributors to your success:

  • 5 years previous experience as a PA/Executive Assistant for a senior management team
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Typing, editing, proof reading and processing letters, reports, presentations
  • Extensive diary management experience – internally and externally
  • Experience coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
  • CRM experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to bring focus and structure to a fluid set of demands and anticipate needs; excellent follow‑through
  • High levels of integrity due to confidential nature of the job requirements
  • A self‑starter with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to think on your feet
