Your Role
  • Provide administrative support to up to 5 stakeholders within the Financial Services Sector.
  • Manage complex diaries across multiple geographies using Outlook.
  • Coordinate extensive travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Monitor and process expenses and timesheets via Capgemini’s online system.
  • Handle general enquiries and perform day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Assist other EAs with holiday cover and internal event responsibilities.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams for smooth communication.
  • Occasionally prepare documents and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Your Profile
  • Proven experience in a similar EA or administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Outlook and diary management; confident with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and ability to work autonomously.
  • Skilled in event organization and managing tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Prior experience supporting senior stakeholders (VP level or above).
  • Excellent communication skills in an international context; GDPR awareness.
  • Ability to build strong networks and foster collaborative relationships.
  • Professional services or consulting background is an advantage; proactive and “can-do” mindset.
