What You’ll Do
CoreWeave is building the next-generation public cloud for accelerated workloads, and our team is growing rapidly. As part of the Administrative & Operations function, you will support executives who are driving high-impact, cross-company initiatives. We value, ownership, and a sense of humor as we move fast and scale quickly.
In this role, you will provide day-to-day support for 2–3 senior executives, ensuring they can operate efficiently and stay focused on top priorities. You will manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, coordinate travel and expenses, and support key team activities including meetings, offsites, and reporting. You’ll play a central role in keeping the leadership team organized, informed, and moving forward by anticipating needs, driving follow-ups, and handling sensitive information with discretion. This position requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to execute with minimal oversight.

The base salary range for this role is £56,000 to £75,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
