  • Full, valid UK driving licence.

Executive Assistant (Part Time - 22.5 hours/week) Hybrid

We are looking for a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to our client's senior leadership team. This hybrid role offers flexibility, variety and the chance to work closely with key decision-makers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You will Do
  • Manage busy calendars, meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee inboxes and correspondence; act as a key contact for internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and follow up on actions.
  • Draft, proofread and format reports, presentations and communications.
  • Organise events and senior leadership meetings.

What You will Bring

Desirable: PA/EA qualification (ILM or equivalent), experience in a fast-paced sales environment, shorthand or touch typing, and familiarity with digital tools such as Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet.
