Executive Assistant – Part Time

SF Recruitment are pleased to be working with an outstanding business in Burton upon Trent to recruit for an Executive Assistant on a part time basis, working 22.5 hours per week. This role is permanent and offers a hybrid model with one day working from home per week. We are looking for a competent and well organised Executive Assistant who is able to commit to working 3 full days per week, ideal for returning mums, or candidates simply wanting a reduced working week.

The salary on offer which is full time equivalent is up to £46,000 per annum, and in addition you will receive a fantastic benefits package including life assurance, healthcare, bonus scheme and enhanced pension.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience within an executive assistant role including the areas of responsibility listed to Senior Executives or Directors.
  • Excellent planning, organising and time management skills; proven ability to manage complex and dynamic diaries, prioritising competing demands effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to draft, proofread and present information clearly and professionally.
  • Shorthand or touch typist
  • Have previous executive assistant experience within a fast moving sales industry
Responsibilities
  • Calendar management; scheduling and managing appointments, meetings and travel plans. Ensuring their calendar is up to date and conflicts are minimised.
  • Email and communications management; read, screen and respond to emails and correspondence on their behalf. Acting as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders; handling calls, enquiries, and requests.
  • Meeting preparation; arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action points.
  • Document management; organise, maintain, and file important documents and records. Draft, proofread, and edit reports, emails, presentations, and other documents.
  • Travel arrangements; booking flights, hotels, transportation, creating detailed itineraries for business trips.
  • Event planning; organising senior management meetings, liaising with internal stakeholders on corporate events
  • Personal assistance; assist with occasional personal errands for the executive (if required) i.e. organising personal appointments
