About the role

We’re supporting a global organisation in hiring a proactive, high-energy Executive Assistant to work closely with two C‑suite leaders. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, project‑heavy environment and can confidently manage complex diaries, communications and priorities with minimal oversight.

You’ll be the organisational heartbeat, ensuring meetings, travel, briefings and communications run smoothly while building trusted relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll also join a tight‑knit, collaborative EA team, working closely with colleagues based in London, so a flexible, team‑oriented approach is essential.

What you’ll be doing
  • Full scope EA support: diary management, travel booking, inbox oversight, meeting preparation, expenses and forward‑planning.
  • Preparing papers, agendas and documentation for governance meetings and ensuring your Executives are fully briefed in advance.
  • Organising internal and external meetings, including agendas, logistics, notes and follow‑up actions.
  • Managing day‑to‑day operations including HR records, purchase orders, contracts and budgets.
  • Supporting projects and programmes across the directorates—taking ownership of tasks and delivering to time, quality and cost.
  • Producing documents, presentations and communications to brand standards, and maintaining organised document systems.
  • Proactively managing a high volume of email correspondence and drafting timely, high‑quality responses.
  • Working collaboratively with other EAs to improve processes, share insights and ensure a consistent standard of support.
What we’re looking for
  • A highly organised, energetic and proactive EA who can stay several steps ahead.
  • Someone confident working independently, especially if Birmingham‑based, as the wider EA team is predominantly in London.
  • A self‑starter with strong judgement, exceptional attention to detail and outstanding written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working at pace across multiple projects and adapting to evolving priorities.
  • A team player who will integrate well with existing EAs and demonstrate strong collaborative behaviours.
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders; C‑suite exposure is beneficial but not essential.
  • Confident managing both BAU activities and ad‑hoc tasks across projects and operations.
  • Someone who brings positive energy, cultural fit and a can‑do mindset, non‑negotiable.
Why apply?

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring two senior leaders can perform at their best, acting as their operational anchor. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, problem‑solving and building strong professional relationships, this is a role where you’ll be truly valued.
