Job summary

Neurons Lab is seeking an experienced governance trainer for an international bank project in London, delivering in-person AI governance sessions focused on the EU AI Act, GDPR, and UK requirements.

You will design hands-on risk exercises, map obligations to client systems, and help productize governance assets as a freelance contractor (0.2–0.4 FTE).

Flexible scheduling and cross-region collaboration may be required as the program scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI/tech governance or regulatory compliance.
• Experience delivering executive training or advisory.
• Experience working with legal teams on AI regulation; legal qualification not required.
• Independent contractor with senior client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver executive AI governance sessions (London first assignment).
• Facilitate hands-on risk-identification exercises using client artifacts.
• Determine per-project role classification and engineering requirements.
• Standardize governance asset library and support contract updates.
• Track regulatory developments and support pre-sales on governance-led opportunities.
