We're looking for an AdministrativeAssistant /Team Assistant /Expense Assistant who’s ready to step into a dynamic, international environment supporting senior professionals with expenses, meeting coordination, international travel and many more. You will play a pivotal part in keeping their day to day running smoothly.

The firm are seeking candidates that have gained a minimumof 1 year of experience asAdministrative Assistant, Team Assistant or Coordinator within professional services, customer service, high-end hospitality or events logistics.

You will be client facing in your communication, highly organised and apeople-oriented assistant that is seeking thenext big step in their career.

Responsibilities
  • Managing scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating global travel and logistics, including flights, accommodation, and visa arrangements
  • Preparing detailed itineraries and ensuring smooth day-to-day team support
  • Processing monthly expenses efficiently and accurately
  • Collaborating closely with a team of assistants — covering, sharing knowledge, and keeping momentum
  • Building strong working relationships across the firm, both locally and globally
Requirements
  • 1+ years’ experience in a Team Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Coordinator role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, professional environment

12 - 18 month temping assignment, initial offer will be 6-month,with the potential to become permanent based onperformance.

Full-time, 5 days a week in the office

Hourly rate of £16 - £18 inclusive of holiday
