Accounts:
  • Required excellent expertise in Microsoft Office.
  • Maintain and prepare daily financial report by using online Software Systems for International Customers and Vendors.
  • Send Email and Invoice to International Customers and Vendors based on agreement.
  • Track & maintain Accounts receivable, payable include all kind of Accounts update.
  • Keeping records of billing, financial reporting for Customers and Vendors.
  • Preparation of vouchers, writing of cheques and maintenance of cheque books.
  • Maintenance of Bank Register and Cash Book.
  • Maintain and Preparation of petty cash vouchers and maintenance of petty cash register include all other financial record.
  • Ensure payments are made after fulfilling of all the required formalities.
  • Ensure safe custody of the cash in hand and check books.
HR and Admin:
  • Responsible for overseeing all HR & Admin functions of the Company.
  • Coordinate and communicate with national and international team members.
  • Assist in HR and admin issues for national and international teams.
  • Maintain personal files and records of all staff employed.
  • Record all correspondence received in register on a regular basis.
  • Maintain the employee activity register and the work schedule.
  • Maintain leave and attendance register.
  • Prepare Business Agreement with International Customers and Vendors.
