Job description

• Preparing & maintaining of voucher, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to Finance & Accounts.
• Preparing of bills or invoice and keeping records of transactions.
• Verify the payment with bills and analyze the nature of expenses to assure operational efficiency.
• Monitor receivables and payable of relevant entries regularly.
• Analyzing Bank statements.
• Monthly closing of the accounts and reporting to the management.
• Co-ordinate with other departments.•  
• Any other job as and when required by the Management.
