  • Prepare and maintain HR documents such as appointment letters, policies, and attendance reports.
  • Manage employee leave, disciplinary processes, and performance evaluation documentation.
  • Support employee engagement, training, and development activities.
  • Ensure HR policies and labor law compliance.
