We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Exams Manager to join our dynamic college community!
With approximately 4,000 students enrolling each year across a wide range of qualifications, our Exams Team plays a vital role in ensuring every learner has a smooth, successful assessment experience.
We’re looking for someone preferably with experience in an FE setting who can lead and inspire a dedicated Exams Team to deliver a first‑class central examinations service to the College. You will oversee the full exams lifecycle, ensuring all processes run seamlessly and to the highest standards. This includes providing expert guidance to academic staff, meeting tight deadlines, and ensuring full compliance with the requirements of a wide range of awarding bodies.
As part of this key role, you’ll work closely with academic managers to meet examination deadlines, uphold achievement data protocols, and swiftly identify and resolve any discrepancies. Your leadership will help maintain excellence across all assessment activity in a fast‑paced and rewarding environment.
