Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the college's examinations and assessment function, ensuring efficient, accurate delivery and compliance with awarding-body regulations.
• Oversee planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of all examinations-related activities and processes across the college.
• Provide operational leadership of the Exams team, ensuring resources are effectively deployed to meet business demands and deadlines.
• Produce, analyse and present management information reports to inform decision-making and improvement initiatives.
• Engage with curriculum teams, support services, senior leaders and external partners to uphold data integrity, security and confidentiality.
