Qualifications

About The Role

At East Durham College, we are committed to helping every student succeed. We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Exams Access Arrangements Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the SENDCo to organise access arrangements for students, ensuring compliance with JCQ regulations. You’ll also support the Exams Team with registrations, entries, certification, and achievement data.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Liaising with students, parents, schools, and external agencies
  • Compiling evidence for JCQ inspections
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
  • Supporting the secure handling of exam materials and results
What Were Looking For
  • Level 2 Business Administration qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade A*‑C / 9‑4)
  • Excellent IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of JCQ guidance and SEND (desirable)
