A local educational institution in Rotherham is seeking an ambitious Examination Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing all examination arrangements, managing invigilators, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have experience in examinations coordination and strong administrative skills. We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and enthusiastic Examination Manager, to oversee and manage the implementation of all examinations; this will include external, internal, and online tests for Y7 to Y13. The post holder will liaison with exam boards, students, staff, and Senior Management. This exciting and varied role is ideal for a candidate who has previous experience of examinations co-ordination. Duties will include all administrative aspects of examinations, ensuring all legislative and procedural changes from examination boards are implemented effectively, co-ordination of a team of casual invigilators, line management of the specialist assessor and any other day to day operational requirements. Working 37 hours per week term time only, plus 5 additional days (Availability to undertake a further 5 additional days, with payment, is essential) Term time includes working 2 out of 5 INSET days each academic year as directed, with availability to work any or all of the remaining 3 INSET days at short notice should the need arise.
