Job summary

Rushcliffe Spencer Academy is seeking an Examinations Manager to lead the full examinations cycle within the Data and Exams team. The role covers entries, timetables, results, and post-results, and includes line management of invigilators, working with SEND and teaching staff to support student outcomes.

Experience in awarding body administration and a strong DBS clearance are required. The role operates within term-time patterns and includes DBS checks and visa considerations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the centre's main point of contact for awarding body examination administration.
• Manage the full examinations cycle, from candidate entries and timetables to results, certificates and post-results services.
• Oversee the conduct of mock and internal examinations.
• Line manage invigilators, including their recruitment, training and deployment.
• Ensure examination processes are efficient, compliant and support student outcomes.
• Work with the SEND team, teaching and wellbeing staff, students and parents/carers on examination matters.
