The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) invites applicants for a senior role overseeing the Statutory Membership Examination (SME). You will manage content development for written and practical OSCE exams, coordinate workshops, ensure robust standard setting, and deliver high-quality reports for the Examinations Board and Education Committee.

• Knowledge of assessment methodology in high-stakes exams.
• Experience with blueprinting and standard setting processes.
• Ability to develop, review and quality assure examination content.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and quality assure SME written and OSCE content.
• Coordinate item-writing workshops and standard setting.
• Prepare examination schedules and liaise with boards, examiners and host centres.
• Provide examiner training and quality assurance support.
• Produce exam reports and monitor results for QA.
