Job summary

Northampton School for Boys is seeking casual exam invigilators to join the examinations team, starting January 2027. The role involves supporting the smooth running of internal and external examinations and ensuring an appropriate environment for every student.

No prior school or exam experience is required as full training is provided at induction, with flexible hours and holiday entitlement on top of hourly pay.

• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexibly during exam periods.
• Following instructions and exam procedures carefully and consistently.
• Good attention to detail.
• Calm and professional when working with young people.
• Understanding of confidentiality and exam integrity, including preventing cheating and reporting improper conduct
