Job summary

King’s Oak Academy is seeking Exam Invigilators on a casual basis to support the academy during busy exam periods. You will work under the direction of the Exams Officer to ensure the smooth delivery of internal and external exams, in accordance with JCQ regulations and academy procedures.

Ideal applicants will have a practical ability to follow processes, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, stay calm under pressure, and a caring, student-centred approach.

We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning. Our Academies need exam invigilators, readers and scribers to assist with scheduled exams across the Federation. As this is a casual position you will work when available and will be called upon when required to support the Academy during exam season.Under the direction of the Exams Officer, the Exams Invigilator will assist in the efficient delivery of internal and external exams. They will ensure that the conduct of internal and external examinations takes place in accordance with Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) regulations and academy procedures.
