Job summary

Repton School is seeking reliable and conscientious Exam Invigilators to uphold the integrity of external examinations in line with JCQ regulations and school procedures.

You'll supervise candidates during exam sessions, prepare rooms, admit and monitor candidates, distribute and collect materials, and support access arrangements where required. Adhoc hours and a pay rate of £15.69 per hour inclusive of holidays apply.

Repton School is seeking reliable and conscientious individuals to join our team of Exam Invigilators. Invigilators play a key role in upholding the integrity of the external examination process by ensuring that exams are conducted in accordance with Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) regulations and school procedures.

Reporting to the Examinations Officer, you will supervise candidates during exam sessions, maintain exam security, and help ensure all candidates have an equal opportunity to demonstrate their abilities. Duties include preparing exam rooms, admitting and supervising candidates, distributing and collecting exam materials, and supporting candidates with access arrangements where required.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, flexible, and able to communicate clearly with students and staff. Basic IT skills and a commitment to confidentiality are essential.
