Job summary

Abingdon and Witney College is seeking hourly paid Invigilators for the Abingdon Campus to support the smooth running of examinations. You will supervise students during exams, distribute and collect papers, enforce exam conditions and report irregularities.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Able to follow strict procedures and work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous invigilation or educational experience is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up examination rooms in accordance with exam board requirements.
• Ensure students adhere to exam rules and regulations.
• Distribute and collect exam papers and stationery securely.
• Record attendance and report any incidents or breaches.
• Maintain a calm and supportive exam environment.
