Job summary

The White Hills Park Trust Ltd is seeking Examination Invigilators to join the team to supervise and administer internal examinations during the exam season at our school.

The role requires a sense of responsibility for today’s young people, flexibility, and willingness to undergo training; scribing or reading for students with access arrangements may be required.

Qualifications

• Willingness to undergo training.
• Experience with or willingness to provide support for access arrangements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and supervision of internal examinations during the exam season.
• Work with the existing team to ensure smooth running of exams and adherence to examination procedures.
• Training will be provided and working hours will be negotiated for each exam period.
• The role may include scribing or reading for students who have qualified for access arrangements due to special educational needs and disabilities.

We are seeking to recruit new Exam Invigilators to work with the existing team in the running of all internal examinations at the school during our exam season.

The post would be ideally suited to applicants who feel a sense of responsibility for today’s young people and who are able to work flexible daytime hours. Full training will be provided and working hours will be negotiated for each exam period.

The role may include scribing or reading for students who have qualified for access arrangements because of special educational needs and disabilities. Training will be provided.
