Job summary

Responsibilities include seating the right candidates, taking attendance, distributing materials, and monitoring for fairness. You will also handle queries, observe health and safety, and report any malpractice to the Exams Officer.

Responsibilities

• Make sure the right candidates are in the right seats.
• Fill out the attendance register for each exam.
• Give out instructions and start/finish times.
• Ensure candidates are provided with the correct materials for each exam.
• Continually monitor the candidates to prevent unfair practice.
• Assist candidates with any queries they may have.
• Alert Exams Officer of any candidate malpractice.
• To be aware of and respond appropriately to any health and safety issues, including fire alarm & fire drills.
• To work as part of a team and respond to colleagues in a positive and supportive manner.
