Job summary

Herefordshire & Ludlow College is seeking reliable hourly paid invigilators to supervise written and online examinations at Hereford & Holme Lacy sites, mostly between November and July. Training will be provided, and prior invigilating experience is a plus.

The role supports safeguarding and equality duties, with checks required under Safer Recruitment procedures. Hours are flexible and typically hourly, with duties including monitoring exam conditions and assisting candidates as needed.

We are currently looking to recruit a number of flexible and reliable hourly paid invigilators to oversee both written and online examinations (including mock examinations) which are carried out predominately between November & July at our Hereford & Holme Lacy sites.

Experience of invigilating would be an advantage, but full training will be given.
