Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking reliable Exam Invigilators to support local schools in South London during mock and formal examinations. Flexible morning/afternoon sessions available, with full vetting and compliance support.

No prior invigilator experience required; candidates should be reliable, punctual, and able to work with young people in a calm, professional manner. Training provided; evening and weekend shifts may be included.

Qualifications

• No prior exam invigilator experience required, just reliability and professionalism.
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions carefully.
• Calm, confident and approachable with young people.

Responsibilities

• Set up examination rooms before exams.
• Distribute and check examination papers.
• Supervise students during exams.
• Ensure examinations run in accordance with regulations.
• Monitor students and maintain a calm environment.
• Collect and securely handle examination papers.
• Report issues to the Lead Invigilator or Exams Officer.

Empowering Learning is looking for reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support schools with their upcoming mock and formal examinations.

The Role

As an Exam Invigilator, you will be responsible for helping to ensure examinations run smoothly and in accordance with school and JCQ regulations.

• Setting up examination rooms before exams
• Checking and distributing examination papers
• Supervising students during examinations
• Ensuring examination regulations are followed
• Monitoring students and maintaining a calm examination environment
• Collecting and securely handling examination papers
• Reporting any issues or irregularities to the Lead Invigilator or Exams Officer
