Job summary

Coast and Vale Learning Trust’s Esher campus seeks reliable exam invigilators to join our casual invigilator pool. You will oversee students during mock and GCSE examinations, ensuring calm, orderly and compliant exam conditions.

Full training is provided, and invigilators are contacted prior to each exam period to confirm availability and scheduling. We offer flexible hours with competitive pay at £13.49 per hour plus holiday pay, supporting students in a warm, supportive school environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during mock and GCSE examinations ensuring fair and orderly conduct.
• Maintain exam conditions, confidentiality and safety protocols as directed by the school.
• Assist with seating, timing and distribution of papers as required by the exam supervisor.

Job description

Exam Invigilators £13.49 per hour plus holiday pay

We are looking for reliable and flexible individuals to join our bank of dedicated Examination Invigilators. You will be employed on a casual basis to supervise students taking both mock and GCSE exams, as necessary throughout the school year.

Full training will be provided, and staff will be contacted prior to the exam period to discuss the invigilation schedule in relation to your availability. You will be working with staff and students under exam conditions so you will need to be focused, proactive, have excellent attention to detail and be able to remain calm in challenging situations.
