Job Title: CFO Delivery Manager

Contract Area: Criminal Justice (CFO Evolution Programme)

Job Purpose

Lead theday-to-day managementof the CFO Evolution Hub, including support workers and supply chain partners. Ensure compliance, performance delivery, and referral pathways within the criminal justice system to support participant rehabilitation and progress into employment or training.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Oversee the day-to-day smooth running of the Hub and Pop-Up operations.
• Host daily risk meetings and ensure a clean, safe, and organised environment.
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are upheld and incidents escalated.

People Management

• Direct line management of Hub staff.
• Monitor performance and attendance, support staff development.
• Conduct monthly audits and supervision meetings (PMF & MAF compliance).
