We’re on the lookout for a creative and driven Evri Premium Recruitment Manager to lead attraction and engagement for our Evri Premium network of self-employed couriers and business partners on a 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract.

This isn’t your traditional recruitment role; it’s about storytelling, innovation and visibility. You’ll bring fresh ideas to help us connect with potential applicants in smarter, more engaging ways. From developing compelling campaigns to creating short, impactful videos that showcase what it’s really like to be part of the Evri Premium community, you’ll help shape the voice and brand of our growing network.

You’ll work closely with our Senior Final Mile Resource Manager who manages day-to-day driver recruitment across Evri and Evri Premium, allowing you to focus on strategy, attraction and creative content.

Interested in becoming our Evri Premium Recruitment Manager? Take a look at the below to understand what you’ll be doing:

Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the recruitment marketing strategy for Evri Premium’s self-employed couriers, contractors and suppliers.
  • Create engaging, authentic content from social media posts and stories to short videos and digital campaigns that bring the Evri Premium experience to life.
  • Identify and test new attraction channels, exploring untapped platforms and communities to reach wider, more diverse audiences.
  • Partner with marketing, comms and operational teams to align messaging, tone and visual identity across all recruitment touchpoints.
  • Analyse performance data to track engagement, reach and conversion, using insights to refine campaigns and continuously improve results.
  • Champion our brand voice, ensuring every piece of content reflects our values and celebrates the people behind the parcels.
  • Support the wider team with recruitment planning, creative development and campaign delivery.

Still interested? Here’s what you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding or social media strategy, ideally in a fast-paced, customer-focused industry.
  • Skilled in creating engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Experience producing short-form video content, working with creators or producing in-house.
  • A strong understanding of digital attraction techniques, paid ads and content analytics.
  • A creative storyteller with an eye for visuals and a flair for social engagement.
  • Confident using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express or similar for quick content creation.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to influence and inspire stakeholders.
  • A proactive self-starter who loves trying new things and isn’t afraid to experiment.

At Evri, we’re transforming delivery and our people are at the heart of this role; you’ll have the freedom to shape how we attract, engage and inspire our next generation of Evri Premium couriers.

If you’re passionate about people, creativity and storytelling and want to see your ideas make a real impact – this is your next move.
