Job Description

You'll bring together data, insights, and evidence from a range of sources on palliative care and end of life issues in NI and turn information into clear, relevant findings that support policy, service design and delivery, and commissioning. Working closely with our Northern Ireland leadership, Caring Services, and Policy & Public Affairs teams, you'll help ensure decisions are driven by strong, meaningful evidence. This is not a research role; it’s about using and interpreting existing data to tell a powerful story and drive impact.

What you’ll do:

• Gather and interpret evidence to identify needs, gaps, and opportunities in end‑of‑life care.
• Translate complex research and evaluation data into clear insights that inform service improvement, commissioning, and fundraising.
• Produce engaging evidence summaries and briefings for senior leaders, partners, and government.
• Support the Policy and Public Affairs team with robust evidence to strengthen our influence.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across health, academic, and voluntary sectors.
