Wyboston Lakes is seeking 3 casual Events Team Members to join our hospitality team. You don’t need previous experience—bring a positive attitude, enjoy helping others, and be ready to work across our events, bar, and dining areas.

You’ll receive full training, participate in team social events, and benefit from staff perks including meal breaks, discounts, and a referral programme as you gain experience in a welcoming, family-owned setting.

Responsibilities

• Look after delegates during conferences.
• Support the restaurant with meal service.
• Set up drinks receptions.
• Work at the bar.
