The ideal candidate has strong organisational skills, a commitment to excellent customer service, and experience in sales environments. This role involves managing an events schedule, building customer relationships, and ensuring excellent event execution. As an Events Planner, you will maximise revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences and events by planning large programmes and increasing conversions. The Events Planning Executive will interact frequently with Guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business. Specifically, an Events Planning Executive will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
