Events Marketing Manager

Salary – up to £35,000 depending on experience

Redactive Media Group is an award-winning content marketing agency working with market leading brands, helping them engage, influence, and educate their audiences via a variety of live events, digital and print content channels.

More specifically to this role, we currently stage 30+ events a year, including industry leading conferences and award ceremonies. As part of a strong team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering multi‑media marketing campaigns across our live events portfolio.

The perfect candidate will be someone who understands the full marketing mix, is hands‑on and comfortable taking a brief as implementing social media, e‑comms and print campaigns.

Reporting directly into the Senior Digital Production Manager, the successful candidate will work very closely with our event managers as well as our editorial, design and digital teams and will be able to demonstrate their skills in:

  • Excellent event copywriting and communication skills
  • Creating and executing marketing plans
  • Building e‑mail campaigns using an email service provider (ESP)
  • Social media marketing and scheduling tools (Hootsuite or a similar service)
  • Working with and updating Content Management Systems (ideally WordPress)
  • Knowledge of data management, GDPR rules and regulations
  • Managing on‑site events marketing including social media, app management and video/interview support
  • Performance and campaign reporting. Pre and post‑event communications, insights and analysis
  • Excellent client‑management and project management skills

The role would require attendance of evening events within London and one day a week in the office on a set day to catch up with the events team. In addition, some overnight stays will be required during events outside of London.
