As a Meetings and Events (M&E) Operations Manager and Head of Department, you’ll be keeping the M&E operation running like clockwork and leading your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. Responsibilities
  • Be yourself!
  • Be a vibrant host for customers and an expert in recognising their needs- customer retention is a crucial part of this role!
  • Be hands on and visible in the operation with the ability to lead and multi-task
  • Keep the details in mind- you’ll take ownership for ensuring the hotel facilities and equipment are well-maintained
  • Have great communication skills- it’s important to establish relationships with organisers, and other departments within the hotel!
  • Ensure that staffing levels are adequate for upcoming events
