Netherby Hall Limited is seeking an experienced Events Manager to design, plan and deliver a dynamic calendar of events at Netherby Hall and Haithwaite Farm, ensuring each event runs smoothly and meets financial targets. You will oversee event logistics, budgets and staff coordination, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences and profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in event management within hospitality or luxury venues.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Financial budgeting and forecasting knowledge.
• Familiarity with PMS, CRM and EPOS systems is beneficial.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Developing and managing an annual events calendar, including weddings, corporate functions, seasonal celebrations and community events.
• Coordinating all aspects of event delivery from concept to execution, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Liaising with suppliers, contractors and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Preparing and managing event budgets, monitoring costs and ensuring profitability.
• Contributing to financial sustainability through effective planning and cost control.
• Leading and motivating event staff and cross-functional teams.
• Providing training and guidance to ensure high standards of service.
• Acting as an ambassador for Netherby Hall Ltd, fostering strong client relationships and community engagement.
