Thesleff Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Group Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of exceptional events across our celebrated venues. With a commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences, our venues include Los Mochis in Notting Hill & London City, Sale e Pepe in Knightsbridge, and Viajante87, a cocktail bar and lounge in Notting Hill.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute a wide range of events, from private dining to corporate gatherings and exclusive hires.
  • Ensure all event plans are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Identify and secure potential sponsors and collaborators to enhance event offerings.
  • Advertise events effectively through various channels, maintaining brand alignment.
  • Maintain accurate records of expenditures and budgets for all events.
  • Oversee on-the-day operations to ensure events are executed seamlessly, exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Back of House and Front of House departments, to create bespoke event experiences.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organisational and management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing complex projects.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients.
  • Ability to plan and execute projects with many moving parts while adhering to deadlines.
  • Proven experience creating and managing event budgets.
Preferred Experience:
  • Previous experience managing events within the hospitality or luxury sectors.
  • Knowledge of event management platforms, such as TripleSeat and OpenTable.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality events tailored to diverse client needs.
