Lifestyle Manager – Privée Concierge & Lifestyle Services

Location: Chelsea

Contract: Full‑time, Permanent (Monday–Friday, 45 hours per week)

Salary: £38,000 per annum

About Privée

Privée is a unique Concierge & Lifestyle service that works exclusively with the property industry in London. For our members, we obtain the unobtainable.

We are now seeking a Lifestyle Manager to oversee one of our most prestigious portfolio contracts, working with a diverse mix of corporate clients and high‑net‑worth individuals. This role demands exceptional service delivery across both commercial and residential environments.

The Role

As Lifestyle Manager, you will take direct responsibility for managing a client portfolio, delivering seamless support and premium experiences to residents, retailers, and office occupiers. You will respond to a wide variety of lifestyle and business‑related requests, including:

  • Restaurant reservations
  • VIP tickets for events
  • Engagement with luxury retailers
  • Domestic services (cleaners, handymen, etc.)
  • Event planning – from private dining to major conferences

Through Privée’s trusted network, you will ensure that every client interaction is handled with discretion, creativity, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct management of client portfolio
  • Handling day‑to‑day client enquiries – expect the unexpected
  • Planning, organising, and delivering private and corporate events
  • Managing event budgets and collateral (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, Canva)
  • Building and maintaining supplier relationships with luxury hotels, restaurants, retailers, and venues
  • Attending lifestyle events, venue showcases, and familiarisation trips
  • Supporting client operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
About You

We are looking for a service‑driven professional with a passion for London’s luxury and lifestyle scene. Ideally, you will have prior experience in one or more of the following:

  • Events coordination / corporate concierge / hotel concierge
  • Lifestyle management for HNW clients / family office support
  • Senior PA or EA roles
  • Travel, marketing, PR, advertising, or similar service‑focused industries
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record of managing senior client relationships
  • End‑to‑end event management experience (from intimate dinners to large conferences)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
  • Passion for London’s lifestyle scene – restaurants, fashion, sport, travel, culture
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
